Operation

Fluid inside the two cylinders is displaced through a precision motion system consisting of an industrial servo motor, planetary gearbox, ball screw, and linear guide. The system delivers the fluid at a programmable flow rate with high stability and accuracy.

An integrated digital controller uses a closed-loop control algorithm to continuously monitor and regulate the injection parameters. The dual-cylinder configuration enables continuous injection, while the 7-inch touchscreen provides an intuitive interface for defining and controlling different injection profiles.
